Several readers have asked about the private seminar/workshop that I mentioned earlier in the week. By way of background, I do a lot of training sessions and coaching for my clients. In order to do that I typically develop large volumes of training materials including presentations, examples, videos, quizzes, and the like.
Unfortunately, after the training session is finished, most of the material I developed sits on the shelf gathering dust. It seemed like a tremendous waste of resources. Why not turn that material into internet products, like ebooks and videos, and proactively market it?
With that concept in hand, and a rough outline of what I wanted to accomplish, I approached James B. Allen about being my mentor/coach. Here’s James explaining what we were able to accomplish in just one day:
